    Vendor Booths are 8’ X 8’, Post and drape assembly (black) exhibition booth setup (includes 3’ side rails), (2) chairs & (1) 6’ table with white table cloth. Lunch
  • Be able to welcome to everyone to lunch and make any announcement or placement of items on tables or bags.
  • You signage at the morning break area

  • Signage at registration table and ask that you supply 1 or 2 people to help with registration.
  • This is for 100 chairs, 44 tables, 10 pipe and drapes for the Annual Safety Day and Fly-IN.

CALL FOR SPEAKERS

TBAA is soliciting proposals for 45-minute information session presentations to be provided during the 2017 TBAA Safety Day. Information sessions focus on timely educational topics of interest to aircraft owners and operators, such as safety, maintenance, management, regulatory and financial topics. The cutoff date for applicants is August 30, 2017.
